Employers can apply to participate in the Professional Training Program for Individuals with Higher Education, implemented by the Employment Agency of Montenegro.

By participating in the program, the state covers the costs of engaging an intern, while the employer gains additional workforce without financial obligations.

WHAT DO EMPLOYERS GET?

• A highly qualified worker available for nine months
• All costs fully covered by the state
• An opportunity to test and train a young professional in practice
• The possibility to hire a candidate after the program who has already proven themselves within the team

WHO CAN APPLY?

All employers operating in Montenegro are eligible to apply.

WHEN TO APPLY?

The application period runs from September 15th to October 15th, 2025 (until 12pm).

WHERE TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS?

Applications can be submitted in two ways:

• At the relevant local office of the Employment Agency of Montenegro (Labour Bureau) according to the employer’s registered seat
• Online, via the e-Government portal: www.euprava.me

The electronic application service will be available from September 15th to October 15th, 2025.

PROJECT DURATION

The professional training of participants lasts nine months.
