POSSIBILITY OF TERMINATING THE CONTRACT
The probation period does not have to last until the end of the agreed period. Both the employer and the employee can terminate the contract earlier, with a notice period of at least 5 days.
If the employer decides to terminate the contract, they must state the reasons for termination.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS DURING PROBATION
During the probation period, the employee has the same rights and obligations as all other workers. Employment may end not only due to poor performance during probation but also for other legal reasons (e.g., serious breach of work duties).
