Based on the Law on National and Other Holidays, July 13 – Statehood Day is celebrated over two days: July 13 and July 14.
Since the first day of the holiday this year falls on a Sunday, the non-working days will be:

BAN ON WORK FOR RETAIL FACILITIES
During national holidays, retail establishments are not allowed to operate.
WHO IS ALLOWED TO WORK DURING THE HOLIDAY?
Certain activities are allowed to operate during the holiday, provided that an official notice is sent to the Administration for Inspection Affairs. These include:
Hospitality establishments may also operate during national holidays.
OPERATION OF INSTITUTIONS OF PUBLIC INTEREST
State authorities, local governments, public institutions, public enterprises, and other entities engaged in activities of public interest are required to ensure uninterrupted performance of duties during the holiday, if suspension could cause harmful consequences for citizens or the state.
