Njegoš Day, a national holiday celebrated on November 13 and 14, is one of the most significant cultural and historical dates in Montenegro.
According to the law, these days are non-working for most business entities, including those engaged in wholesale and retail trade.
However, there are exceptions — certain activities may operate during the holiday, but they are required to notify the Administration for Inspection Affairs.
WHO MAY WORK DURING THE HOLIDAY?
According to the applicable regulations, the following are exempt from the work prohibition:
